About Dr. Bassam Band

Dr Bassam Band is an aesthetic doctor based on Harley Street, London, with nearly a decade of clinical experience and an international teaching background.

His work is built on full-face assessment, balance, and proportion, rather than isolated treatments or filler trends. In his clinical practice, structured full-face treatment plans of 12–20ml are normal, not because of volume chasing, but because the plans are anatomically justified and ethically designed.

Dr Band has trained thousands of practitioners internationally and is known for his design-led, evidence-based approach to aesthetics, helping practitioners move from technician-level treatments to expert-level facial planning.

His teaching focuses on real-world application, clinical reasoning, and delivering natural, intentional results that age well over time.

Why Full Face Design Changes Results — And Practitioner Confidence

Treating one area at a time limits results and often creates imbalance...

Lips become heavier, cheeks become bulky and jawlines become sharp but disconnected from the rest of the face.

This happens not because of too much filler, but because of poor planning and poor distribution.

Full face design shifts the focus from syringes to structure, balance, and sequencing. It allows practitioners to understand how each area affects the rest of the face and how to plan treatments that make sense clinically and visually.

In this masterclass, you’ll learn how facial thirds, symmetry, projection, and proportions guide every treatment decision — using principles like the golden ratio, not trends or instinct.

Special attention is given to male facial aesthetics, where structure, strength, and preservation of masculine features are essential. Male faces are not female faces with less filler, and treating them as such is one of the most common mistakes in practice.

You’ll also learn how artistic cannula use, including the paintbrush technique, allows for smoother blending, better distribution, and more refined transitions — creating structure without heaviness and definition without harshness.

This is how practitioners move from reactive treatments to confident, intentional facial design.
